- Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio, including tracking delinquencies and defaults. Develop strategies to maintain portfolio quality and reduce non-performing assets (NPAs). Publishing Mission 4Q Bulletin every month.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the credit team to ensure high performance and adherence to credit policies. Attrition rate has been very low during my 2-plus-year tenure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, legal departments, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless credit operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance, risk assessment, and portfolio health to senior management and the board of directors.
