- Currently working as individual contributor. In past, lead a team of 6 engineers for 5 mobile SoC projects for emir convergence ( tech nodes - TSMC 3nm, 2nm , Samsung 4LPP )
- IR drop analysis using RedHawk-SC: This include Gridcheck and REFF resistance calculation, static, vless and VCD dynamic analysis, power and signalEM analysis and SCAN and MBIST analysis
- Helped refine the ESD flow and add relevant checks like B2B , B2C , CD for check robustness of ESD devices. Created flow to in PFSC to mimic PERC with high accuracy and low runtime
- Worked on Analog IP PG grid/spec design
- Worked on ML initiatives. Came up with solution to predict dynamic drops on ECO cells. Also developing LLM based platform to auto check EMIR health of design
