Product: Medconnection: Summarization and Underwriting review tool

MedConnection is a web-based solution designed for the US and UK healthcare systems. It leverages AI technology to automatically summarize extensive medical claim documents, significantly reducing the time and manual effort required by law firms to settle cases.

My role at MedConnection includes:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define product goals.
• Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimized workflows.
• Develop detailed product plans, manage timelines, and ensure delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Maintain Product backlog health and conduct scrum ceremonies each sprint
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and business users for seamless execution.
• Building and maintaining different set of documents like Process flow, FRD, Release notes, User Journey’s etc.
• Supervised day-to-day operations to meet performance, quality and service expectations.
