• It is the powerful Customer Relationship Management software for Construction purposes
• It includes two core modules, Enquiry Management and Client Management.
• Enquiry Management helps in capturing enquirers into CRM and allocating them to Sales Executives.
• Once lead becomes customer, client management starts
• Client Management includes Unit details, Client Booking, Blocking, Shifting, Resale, Cancellation, Settlement of Units, Different payment details, Billing, Modifications, Reminders like Email etc
• Also, there are user privileges and group privileges for controlling user access.
• CRM has a unique feature of business automation through workflow which will reduce manpower by automating the daily business. Workflow is mainly implemented for HOD approval.
• Database used is Oracle
• Application development using Java, Servlets, JavaScript and XML/XSL (web pages), Struts and Hibernate

Responsibility:

• Coding and Testing the Application
• Report Management for generating reports.
• Trained new developers and programmers on company standards for design and review.
