- Worked at Dyson India's head flagship store in the DLF Promenade mall and responsible for their sales, complete daily operations, maintenance and the overall store appearance.
- Main role involved sales of Dyson products and to achieve and go beyond the monthly targets.
- Selling different kinds of high end life style products like air purifiers, vacuum cleaners, hair styling products and lighting systems to prospects and creating a clientele out of high profile individuals across Delhi NCR.
- B2C and B2B sales and dealing with HNI clientele. Sold inventory worth 3 Cr during my tenure till date. Supervision of various marketing activities and creation of leads through these activities to drive direct sales.
- Learned and mastered a CRM tool freshsales which was the main lead management system used for managing the leads and the data of existing customer base.
- Trained and built an entirely new team for the store after the departure of the old one. Dealing with different vendors for maintenance and administrative requirements of the store.
