Tools - Work Bench, Member profile and Oracle ( FA appeals )

Investigate and enforce accounts identified as potential threats by the system
Perform reviews and analysis of websites to determine their quality for acceptance into the Associates Program
Manage, and resolve high-impact incidents and escalations
Establish standard operating procedures, process controls, recommend revisions, and ensure alignment with risk requirements.
Analyze existing policy and process gaps in risk assessment methodology, and develop solutions to
close them

Responsible for ensuring that 30 associates comply with key metrics, Operating Agreement, identifying and proactively addressing regulatory as well as account risks and opportunities through system of continuous monitoring.

Review Google Ads account for possible fraud and trust and safety violations. Track and monitor performance towards key metrics, deliver and implement improvement strategies maintaining a positive attitude. Worked closely with Ops and quality teams; designation plans to plug areas of opportunity. Team management and supporting team leader, quality audits and feedback. Supervised work of contracted employees to keep on task for timely completion.
