  • Redesigned the way of operations from the stage of hiring, onboarding, and training, operational management, efficiency optimization, and Knowledge Management.

  • Supported various clients in the Pharma and BFSI vertical and maintained relationships with up to VP-level clients.
  • Set up the working location at Austin, TX, USA, and put together and implemented a training plan for new hires and employees.

  • Key activities include the measurement and forecasting of KPIs (clicks, impressions, conversions, primarily), identification of key placements of the ads, and performed studies to measure customer perception/ satisfaction and suggest ads accordingly.
