TASAT – Dispute Management for JPMC
TASAT is a workflow tool used by end users, Fraud Recovery and Dispute agents while servicing Commercial Card clients. TASAT deals with 4 types of case types: Dispute, Fraud, Inbound and Outbound. Every interaction with client is tracked in the case, which can be escalated, reassigned, routed to WB etc. The case life cycle of all the case types are very simpler with most of the actions were being used as local actions and the Fraud and Dispute cases having one parent for account policy, where only one parent will be opened at any given point of time and each disputed transaction being attached as child to it. TASAT provides the agents with granular level info of what actions been taken on a case level and also at account level (actions taken at all case type levels).

Health Vault
Health Vault project is to enable patients to easily access their doctors, with all the information required for the doctors in any kind of situation. Patients are given a smart card which is loaded with entire personal and health history. This is smart card will engage hospitals and patients to quickly schedule their appointments and plan treatment based on patient history.
