Senior Project Coordinator

• Prepare MIS,Dashboard,and Monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Delivery managers,Stakeholder and Leadership teams.
• Consolidate Monthly Highlights and Lowlights RTB vertical and ensure timely submission to CTO.
• Trace all Pending Breakfix /Emergency/PIR changes sending to Infra vertical.
• Working with SOP Maintenance, Documentation & Governance team.
• Working with HR departments for hiring updates under Infra Vertical.
• Coordinating with multiple units, across the organization to execute the tasks assigned.
• Support Audits,Reviews, and Continuous improvement initiatives.

• Working on newly UK migrated process Retirement and have been part of successful migration of work to Mumbai.
• Full time processor and checker on Retirement transaction and other Quotes transaction.
• Handling other transactions along with Retirement and have been able to achieve competencies on other transactions as well.
• Understand and contribute to the achievement of individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels Agreements.
• Handling weekly calls with UK and Clients regards to new updates in the process.

• Working as a Project Responsible for team members in the team. Planning work for team members, from initiating to closing the project.
• Managing, Reporting, and identifying the Risks and Issues for proper execution of deliverables.
• Proactively ensured that the project should work within compliance.
• Prepare tasks: Sequencing and Scheduling to ensure the task are completed as per agreed timelines.
• Communicating with Clients and customers, providing them with project status and updates, also sharing information with team members if any updates are being provided by clients.
• Conducting Project Demos to newly hired Leads and users.
• Support the Program with budgeting and manage Resource Allocation.
• Reviewed project status and efficiency report on a regular basis to ensure the project is working as per the plan and presenting to Higher Management and Stakeholders.
