Project: Concord onboarding and ACL privacy risk review

Project description: I have automated two different processes involving a ticketing tool, based on the process, we open Buganizer with the appropriate queue. We extract tickets in the 'Assigned' state and process them one by one. Each ticket contains links to different web applications (around five in total), where specific functionalities are performed. After completing the tasks, a PRS standard sheet is created for each ticket and saved to a client-accessible Google Drive folder. A consolidated report is also generated for client reference, finally, the bot adds comments to each ticket, updates the ticket status, and repeats the cycle. If no tickets are found, the attended bot waits 15 minutes before checking again.
