Key Responsibilities
• Understanding the requirements received from clients, Plan and schedule an roadmap towards achieving targets.
• Looking after entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting/searching/sourcing potential candidates.
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.
• Short listing resumes by evaluating candidate's communication skills, presentation and technical skills based on client's requirements.
• Involved in re-sorting & screening resumes, closely working with Managers for scheduling Meetings/appointments with candidates.
Negotiating with candidates during offer rollout.
Clients: - Reckitt Benckiser (RB), Coats, Petrofac, ChargeBee, Zenoti, Ally, CTS.
