- Implemented processes across finance, compliance, treasury and operations department to implement the Loan Against Property Vertical in the Company. Completed the Loan Operating System, Loan Management System and the accounting software migration within 2 weeks along with the reports and dashboard requirement from the management.
- Created a business model for the 3-year projections of business, operations, treasury and other relevant assumptions, enabling the budgeting process.
- Implemented checklists on the Compliance framework and the Operational Compliances. Built the process for inhouse reporting to regulatory authorities – RBI, GST, MCA, CRIF and Income tax. Set up the process for the ENACH, Onboarding of payment aggregator, DLT registration, Auto messages to the customer.
