Transaction Monitoring Team

• Managed a 30-member, 24/7 Fraud Risk Management Team overseeing debit and credit card transactions, Card Not Present (CNP) secure transactions, and digital banking.
• Reported unusual trends to the analytical team, handled customer escalations promptly, prepared monthly shift rosters, and tracked attendance.
• Provided immediate feedback on errors, audited call quality, and trained new joiners to ensure process understanding and timely task completion.

Transaction Monitoring Team

• Reviewed system-based triggers 24/7 to identify and minimize fraudulent transactions, monitored global fraud trends to modify and create rules, and evaluated CPP/POS for necessary updates.
• Handled the Fraud Declaration Form (FDF), managed the normal dispute process, addressed client queries, and ensured service delivery met client expectations.
• Developed a macro for card block emails to streamline processing time and enhance accuracy.

Account Receivable

• Posted payment details in the backend system by reviewing information in the PIA (Patient Inquiry Application) and managed the team by assigning tasks, generating reports, and handling client emails.
• Maintained attendance and leave trackers, supported the payment team during high-volume periods, and proposed a macro to streamline report generation.
