PROJECT: 323 MW Wind Energy Park

• Reviewed major contract compliances impacting bill certifications for security retention, advances adjustment, bank guarantees, payment terms, QC and safety requirements etc.
• Resource, time and cost optimization by analyzing the utilization of resources.
• Conducted baseline schedule analysis and forecasted the completion timeline vis-a-vis project conditions based on productivity analysis of the resources.
• Assessed admin procedures and expenditures related to accommodation, vehicle rental, and operational site management, verifying adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
