• Performing duties of Operation Manager of Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) System for the eastern sector since 2016, which involves planning and execution of RPA missions, manpower management, administrative support, close liaison with OEM, Civil Aviation and various other agencies.

Was responsible for safety and security of high value equipment worth 2000 to 3000 crore and 400+ military & civil personnel. Carried out threat analysis & formulated as well as implemented new policies as per the novel environment.
• Handled complete array of responsibilities with respect to Security Planning & Management which includes; Physical Security, Investigations, Security Audits, Crisis & Risk Management, Asset Protection, Vulnerability Assessment, Organizational Functions, Continuity Program, Training, Development & Contingency Planning with respect to People, Property, Information & other Tangible & Intangible assets at various levels.
• Headed various Court of Enquiries pertaining to investigation of the various RPA accidents & incidents. To ascertain the cause of the accidents and recommend safety measures to prevent such incidents in future.
• Ensured seamless continuity, Risk optimization & minimization of disruptions in security functions & processes at administrative, tactical & operational fronts to maintain optimum organizational efficiency & effectiveness both in peace & field.
• Stimulated the Security planning process, improved the Organizational Security structure & refined the Security policies, Identified & plugged gaps in the existing processes & modified the Security practices as per the changing military security scenarios.
