• TVS Sensing Solution, Developed and executed a structured supplier evaluation process. Negotiating the terms and price with supplier. Work with suppliers to align their production and delivery schedules with forecasted requirements, reducing the risk of supply chain disruptions. Place orders with suppliers based on material requirements and inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules. Monitor order status and delivery schedules to prevent disruptions in the supply chain. Work with quality assurance teams to address any issues related to material quality and implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinating the inspection and testing of raw materials or components before they are approved for use in production. Ensured suppliers submitted all required PPAP documentation, including design records and process flow diagrams, and reviewed the documentation for accuracy and completeness before final approval. Conducted supplier visits to evaluate and ensure adherence to delivery schedules, reviewed supplier production capabilities and capacity during site visits to ensure alignment with company demand. Coordinating with accounts department for clearing invoices & payments on time to Suppliers.
