Cost Accounting

• Working Closely with plant controller and planner to deliver high quality accounting support and services.
• Timely completion of month end closing.
• Performing Volume validation on monthly basis
• Cost Center Review and reclassification if any required.
• Inventory Price monitoring on weekly basis.

• Undertake the monthly costing run.

General Accounting

• Preparing and Posting of journal entries in accordance with the accounting principles.
• Preparing reconciliations such as bank reconciliation, Intercompany reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Understanding of Ledger review and open items management.
• Strict compliance to the SLA during the month end and make sure there are no errors while posting.
• Analysis of Trial balance to make sure there are no abnormal entries.
• Coordinating with Auditors and solving audit queries.
• Analyzing the prepayment GL and ensuring the correct amortization on monthly basis.
• Facilitate effective team work and builds collaborative relationships.

• Undertake the stock audit as well as Invoice Audits Assigned by the Banks
• Require to verify the accounting system of the borrower and verify their Debtors, Creditors, Stock, Purchases and Sales
• Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors
• Physical verification of inventory at client location
• Preparation of Stock Audit Report and Calculation of drawing power of borrower by applying the margins provided by the bank

• Communicating with clients and scheduling the stock audit for respective facilities
• Preparing the checklist for stock audit according to the Nature and Activity of business
• Undertake the stock audit by verifying the Accounting system like Debtors, Creditors, Sales and Purchases
• Physical verification of stock at client location
• Preparation of Stock Audit Report and Calculation of drawing power of borrower
• Undertake Branch Concurrent Audit of Co-Operative Banks

• Preparation of Area wise Sales Report and Maintaining Stock SKU wise and reporting to seniors
