L3 Mobile Radio Operations – Telstra Project.

• Part of the L3 Mobile Radio Operations Team, Telstra Operations Team.
• Supporting the L1 and L2 teams in fault management of escalated cases.
• Handling incidents related to 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.
• Executing bulk configuration changes and monitoring KPIs post-implementation.
• Investigating incidents related to high RSSI levels in LTE and 3G.

Operations and Maintenance Engineer - Vodafone Idea.

• Hands-on experience in Operations and Maintenance, Incident Management, Inventory Management, Preventive Maintenance, Routing Management, Switching Operations, Fault Management, Alarm Monitoring, Documentation, and Reporting.
• Proficient in handling Ericsson equipment: RBS 6601 – TCU, DUG, DUW, Baseband 5212/5216/6630, RRU units, and 2K BTS.
• Ensured uninterrupted communication and coordination with stakeholders while providing L2 support during Severity-1 or major incidents; actively involved in SLA breach mitigation, and provided initial incident support, including documentation and prioritization.
• Prepared BTS configuration file scripts for new and existing site integrations.
• Managed the network asset inventory throughout the full lifecycle of each asset.
• Performed O&M activities on data communication networks, including monitoring, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• I took end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of network faults as part of the Fault Management processes.
• Ensured that planned outages were executed and rolled back within the defined maintenance window to minimize service impact.

Field Maintenance Engineer – Ericsson

• Commissioned E-NodeB using Smart Laptop Tool and Element Manager RBS software.
• Performed quality checks and L2 audits, ensuring compliance with telecom installation standards.
• Handled node upgrades, commissioning, and fault rectification for various site issues.
• Monitored and troubleshot alarms related to E-NodeB, including both internal and external alarms.
• Responsible for conducting Acceptance Testing (A/T) for both equipment and cabling, as part of project delivery.
