• Process flow study and Analysis to reduce takt time at JIT level with the help of Factory flow simulation software(Delmai).
• Use TDC software to ensure the PFMEA requirement.
• Use Agrept Software to ensure Ergonomics at JIT level and smooth functioning of operators.(Learning Stage).
• Ensure compliance requirement and weekly meeting with counterpart to fulfill project milestone (GATE closure support).

2.Project: W33A (Nissan USA)

• Worked as a lead for ROW 2 (40 and 60) DMU update and development support.
• Architecture drawing ,complete seat drawing preparation and update so as to check regulation comfort and safety compliance.
• Weekly meetings with counterpart to understand project requirements and deliverable.
• Co-coordinating with inter department metier(Plastic/Foam/ Wiring Harness).
• Maintaining JIT BOM,E-BOM and Product assembly using CATIAV5 tool and PLM software(Magellan) & data release though ftp.
• KDM support to fulfill the gates (milestones) during Design & Development.
• ECR/ECO creation and evaluate Engineering Order documentation and release the data through PLM software.(Magellan)

3.Project: CHJ (CHINA)

• Responsible for compliance study and analysis.
• Architecture drawings and updates.

4.Project: LB 636 (Lamborghini Germany)

• Seating scan data Vs CAD data comparison to improve build quality.
• KDM support for compliance(ECE) requirement and DMU updates.
• Section study to ensure clash free design and OEM STD.

Project: JEEP 5560 C-SUV Fiat-Chrysler INDIA

• Worked as development Engineer at SOP stage.
• Onsite engineer from Cresttek engineering solution Pvt.Ltd.
• Responsible for Seat plastic and structure development.  
• CCD, One pager and cost template creation and circulation for robust solution for technical issues.
• Cost collaboration and coordinating with purchase department so as to have perfect costing.
• Verification of dimensional analysis results with drawings.

Project 1: TS Tech ODC, Honda USA

• Responsible for creating drawing of SEATING components and drawing as per input.
• Modeling frame component parts.
• Work as a full-time trainer so as to guide GET’s and freshers.

• Started career as GET to Design Engineer in seat structure D&D using CATIA V5 tool.

Project 1: Fiat Linea Rear seat weight optimization.

Project 2: TMML MARCOPOLO Bus Segment project like Hsrtc, city-ride etc.

Project 3: TMML Q502 CAR Segment Third row packaging and kinematics.
