18+ years' experience from Global Savings Group, Pouch, Brilliant Basics Ltd (acquired by Infosys), Bank of New York Mellon, Cisco, GE and Cybertech with demonstrated skills in varying capacities. Currently working as Sr. Director Of Engineering in Global Savings Group, heading Rewards Platform Engineering group which is building one of its kind global Cashback solution. As a Co-founder and CTO of Pouch, a Tech startup based in London, I was responsible for building the product and led a team that GSG later acquired.
Have been interviewed by BBC World News and AWS for my role in building the technology part of the business. Extensive customer-facing experience in cross-cultural settings - have worked in UK, India, Hong Kong, Singapore and Middle-east. - I am leading the newly formed Rewards (Cashback) Technology teams tasked to develop a new Cashback Platform for Global scale. After many M&A's this is a strategic project that I started from scratch, now releasing Cashback products in UK and Italy.
- Participating in Strategic Engineering leadership workgroup to formulate the Engineering strategy, Engineering competency structure, Performance management, Product & tech Operating model and Problem spaces definition.
- In 2020, I returned to Bangalore, India and started the tech hub in Bangalore as its Managing Director in addition to my Technical leadership role.
