Project 1: AIRBUS A350 XWB MAP Fuselage Concessions
Client : AIRBUS Saint Nazaire-FRANCE (PRE-Final Assembly Line)
Summary and Responsibilities:
• An effective communication was involved with AIRBUS MAP team, AIRBUS Coordinator Technique, AIRBUS QUALITY, AIRBUS PRODUCTION team and RISK SHARING PARTNERS(RSP’s) to provide the end-to-end solution for the product life cycle with optimum feasible solutions and easy manufacturing.
• Involved in Risk management with different stake holders to study the impact caused during the production (plant engineering activity).
• Providing the feasible solutions without impacting the production lead time with reduced folio points during the QGI and QGH in the plant.
• Involved in performing the FMEA for the suppliers (including internal and external) and to study the root cause for the failure modes and performing the RCA’s using some of the quality tools like 5 why analysis, fishbone diagram etc.
• Involved in supporting the RFQ raised during the production and input analysis was performed along with the concerned suppliers in order to provide the best feasible solutions.
• Involved in performing the visual management within the plant at production stations in order to understand the dependency and priorities work to progress it further.
• Was involved in the deployment of the offshore team and was an interface between the onsite team, customer and offshore team co-ordination.
Project 2: AIRBUS A380-800 Customized brackets installation
Client : AIRBUS, FRANCE
Summary and Responsibilities:
Project involve the modification and analyzing the finished MSNs brackets and creating a product structure and clash analysis.
• Creation of Rough model of Installation with allocated volume and freezing the position of installation by study of Interfaces and interacting with relevant interface parts team and surrounding environment
• Coordinating with stress and onsite design focal and customer for the approval of new design.
• Creation of new bracket for the structure and interior purpose based on the new requirement.
• Creating complete assembly as the new requirements.
• Creation of complete installation, single part drawings and Bom for manufacturing and installation.
• Conversion process of aircraft interior form one aircraft to other.
• Solving DQN queries and TRS (technical repercussion sheet) activities recording the modification and Miscellaneous Improvements from the Previous basic Aircraft DMU.
• Identifying customer’s requirements & Implementation support. Ensuring deliverables with respect to technical requirements.
• Creation of the TRS document and leading the TRS team (size of 6).
• Creation of process documents, lesson learnt and working the Quality for team for the formation bench mark process.
• Guiding the new comers and assigning the work and managing the work flow and work package estimation.
Project 3: SGRE-Offshore Wind Turbine Control Panel
Client : SIEMENS DENMARK
Summary and Responsibilities:
Worked on wind turbine control panels and Converters for NG11 & NG9.
• Creation of Assembly, sub assembly and parts and detail engineering drawings
• Handled routing development in Wind Turbines
• Designing wind turbine components to meet the design requirements such as functionality, robustness, cost effectiveness etc.
• Experience in developing concepts for mechanical components and drawings
• Experience In design of bolted/welded and forged/casted constructions
• Drive technical solutions and reviews with internal design team and multiple sub-suppliers and solution providers
• Preparing drawings using UG NX and followed release process through Team centre.
• BOM Management, updating BOM for the Machines

Project 1: AIRBUS A350 XWB Air Conditioning Ducts (ATA 21)
Client : DIEHL AIR CABIN GERMANY
Summary and Responsibilities:
Design of new ducts in allocated space and MATC check which involves clash and clearance check with other ATA chapters and interior etc.
• Creation of new brackets to hold ducts checking the interior feasibility and fixation of ducts. Reduction of weight by using different material and design optimization.
• Check manufacturing and cost optimization for the re-usability of the available tooling for the manufacturing of the new ducts.
• Creation of 3D models for preparing tooling for the ducts and modifications carry over after the stress analysis.
• Creation of the manufacturing drawings with layer setup at each region along with the tolerances.
• Weight calculation of each ply and quantity of the glue used for the insulation in Excel.
• Entry of BOM in PASS-SSIC.
• Initiating the release process for the Ducts from DDC AIRBUS and iterating it through the release process based on the feedbacks of Diehl and AIRBUS engineers
• Guiding the new comers and assigning the work and managing the work flow and work package intimation.
Project 2: Conversion of 2D Structural drawings to 3D models and MBD for OH-58D Helicopter

Summary and Responsibilities:
Studying the input hand drawings and Bell STD Design documents to creation of 3D models in CATIA V6 using used for the interior and structures.
• Creation of sub-assemblies, main assemblies and installations per Part list and input drawings.
• Performing a 3D assembly check against other parts and assembly, Resolving the clash if any.
• Discussing with customer and with onsite team to get the solution for the queries.
• Creation of MBD & 2D layout for 3D design for Individual parts & Assembly based on requirement. Performing Quality check as per check list.
• Training the new comers to project.
Project 3: Interiors of XCN Ostgota, LINT Nitinera, X-60 and X-60 Batch B Trains

Summary and Responsibilities:
Study the given work package and bill the estimation hours for the execution.
• Involvement in the new concept and optimization of design and process.
• Creation of Rough model of Installation with allocated volume and freezing the position of installation by study of Interfaces and interacting with relevant interface parts team and surrounding environment.
• Creation of 3d concept for different modules for better understanding with the surrounding environments
• Creation of required Interface parts for the design changes and Installation drawing creation.
