● Managing the core functionalities (products Knowledge, Grooming, Punctuality, competition Products Knowledge & ISD,s monthly Targets vs. Achievement).
● Shop Floor Training at Brand Shop, Direct Dealer, MBO, MT & sub Dealers & handling Brand shop, MBOs, MT & Sub dealer channel for secondary sales where we appoint ISDs.
