FP&A (Mar’2014 to Oct 2018)

• Migrated FP&A role from Japan Subsidiary and responsible for meeting all metrics are green.
• Perform Pipeline analysis to see the potential and risk of the current pipeline to provide more insight.
• Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Qtrly forecasts and provide insights on the variance between the Fcst vs Act.
• Preparation of Quarterly Forecasting process- Baseline preparation based on trends and seasonality, plug the numbers based on the pipeline and with the business insights received from the product controllers. Upload forecast numbers to the forecasting tool.
• Preparation & refresh of various KPI reports and provide more insights to management.

• Held responsible for leading the entire Record process from reviewing expenses, Month close process, statutory Filings, and PL review.
• Managing the Payment and cash management team.

• Creating invoices to bill for the company's services or products.

• Performed the book-keeper role in accounting for daily customer receipts and running the daily outstanding aging and circulating it to the Marketing team and the finance controller and handling petty cash expenses.
