• Working closely with the engineering designer to develop concepts, parts, design evaluations, and carry the development through to manufacturing.
• Design feasibility for manufacturing and product development & it's improvement
• Ensuring best practices are used for arriving at FTR like close monitoring on T0,T1 trials assembly & its feedback, DFM, PFMEA & leading to first time right N10 & N100 trials
• Jigs & Fixture implementation for smooth launch of products & increase UPH in manufacturing
• Review & verification of Engineering BOM, Manufacturing BOM & 2D Drawing with CTQs marking
• Supporting CFT team for developing rapid Prototype & Mold Flow analysis & its arrangement for Mixer grinder, Water Heater & Air cooler Projects
• New part development & its FPA clearance from QA & ensuring N10 & N100 assembly & responsible for smooth Production till 5K Qty
• Carrying VAVE activities & ensuring Validation & raising ECR, ECN & its implementation & monitoring till final mass production
• Act as the primarily technical liaison between engineering design & manufacturing team & other stake holder & ensuing clear communication & on technical & process requirements & goals
• New vendor development & its 4M Audit with SCM & QA
• Responsible for ISO Process compliance of PD function
• Competitor product benchmarking with engineering team and arranging field trials sample of new designs
• Providing training to the front-end manufacturing team
• Submitting weekly MIS tracker to PD lead

• New Product development & Evaluation (Small Domestic Appliance products)
• Design evaluations and product improvement
• Competitor product benchmarking and field trials of new designs
• Coordinating entire product development including requirement analysis, product finalization, Technical specifications & validation & testing activities
• Process development for smooth launch of the product
• Continuous improvement to increase product quality and innovative approach for BOM cost reduction
• Driving for introduction of innovative products by the team
• Providing training to the front-end service team
• Market defect root cause analysis and countermeasure
• Ensure product quality to meet customer satisfaction
• Submitting monthly MIS based upon set KPI's

• Products Inspection at Supplier End as per Specification & IS Standard
• New Product Evaluation & Testing as per Specifications & IS Standards
• Ensure Product Quality to meet customer satisfaction
• Responsible for IQC, PQC, OQC
• Work on Monthly FCR data for defect Analysis
• Monthly visit to ASCs for training & market problem analysis
• Supplier rating evaluation on the basis of Quality & Quantity delivered
• Defect root cause analysis & Countermeasure
• Provide training to line in charge to reduce rejections due to workmanship
• Product Inspection planning with the help of Sourcing
• Dealer/Distributors & field visits for feedbacks & improvements in product
• Reports & Documentation as per Q-System

• Products inspection at the supplier's end, as per specification and IS standard.
• New Product Evaluation & Testing as per Specifications & IS Standards
• Ensure product quality to meet customer satisfaction.
• Supplier rating evaluation based on the quality and quantity delivered.
• Provide daily reports to Manager on performance
• Provide training to line In charge to reduce rejections due to workmanship
• Product Inspection planning with the help of Sourcing
• Reports & Documentation as per Q-System

• Responsible for lab testing.
• Documentation and maintain lab records as per ISI norms
• Responsible for daily activities
• Overall responsibility for maintain 5's in the department
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior engineer on performance
• Giving specialist quality assurance to the company department as requirement
• Monitoring and auditing of product to ensure high standards of quality
• Making sure that all QA records, data and information are available to manager
• Responsible for incoming quality control
