Client Interactions feeds (CIF)

• Generating Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Activity Feeds Report per client requirements and then publishing the results to a wide variety of stakeholders via 3rd party platforms
• Performing detailed sanity checks of activity feeds logged in CRM and liaise with broader team to rectify any discrepancies in order to deliver strategic reporting solutions compliant with new (MiFID II) regulatory requirements Manage the delivery of the project through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to implementation
• Ensure all 3rd party vendors are engaged appropriately and mappings are in place and managed to ensure the required outcomes for the business
• Experience with working on various vendor platforms such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Factset, OneAccess, CorpAxe, Dealogic, Commcise, Markit etc
• Working jointly with IT team to implement a robust portal for sales team to not only review the consumption data but also update/delete the records which will sync directly with CRM
• Take ownership of new client request, and work collaboratively with the sales and corporate access team, estimate the work effort required to deliver the project scope within the agreed timescales
• Manage research access across proprietary distribution channels and other vendor partners based on predefined eligibility criteria
• Prepare documents related to process enhancement/ new developments including user guide for all Vendor portal for quick reference

Data Integrity Group (DIG)

• Analyze, fix and highlight erroneous data to ensure high level of data quality
• Ensure that Citi provides accurate and timely information on services rendered to clients as part of commission payment processes, liaise with numerous Vendors to resolve any issues
• Perform UAT to ensure project related enhancements are deployed accurately and efficiently
• Handle any escalations and/or queries from various teams across Citi
• Used Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power-bi, Outlook
• Using Excel tools to identify, analyses and interpret patters in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis
• Preparing final analysis reports for the clients to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends

• Clients- GAM, ECM and Barings
• Process-Transaction Management (Cash and Trade Processing)
• Processing client requests for transactions cash/trade/FX
• Handling client queries and resolve them regarding cash and stock breaks
• Reconcile client portfolios, and settle the transactions through running daily settlement jobs
• Process backdated transactions as per client requests
• Analyze contract notes
• Preparing excel templates for process improvements
• Investigate client queries and resolve them for position breaks
• Maintain Daily, weekly and monthly MIS
