- Inventory: Inventory control through monitoring of min-max levels of inventory, reorder level reporting, and review of usage. Prepare a report for end-to-end inventory, cycle count, and inventory analysis on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- WCQ (World Class Quality – Achieved level 1 & level 2) - Lead the team to achieve World Class Quality and sustain the same, working on the short lead time principle. Ensure the right material is available at the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity so that lead time is reduced and productivity is improved. Working on five principles, which include PI, CI, Standardization, BIQ, and SLT.
