Oversee and administer HPCL's enterprise network, which supports over 800 users.

Manage and diagnose Cisco routers, Cisco switches (Catalyst series), Aruba switches (8360 and 6300M), FortiGate 400 firewalls, Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers, and Cisco 9120 Access Points.
Configure and manage SVIs, DHCP scopes, and extensive VLAN segmentation to enable dynamic and secure Layer 3 switching.

Set up trunk and access ports, enable EtherChannel (LACP/PAgP), and ensure link redundancy and bandwidth optimization at the distribution and core layers.

Implement and debug OSPF and BGP routing protocols to ensure scalable and stable inter-site connectivity.

Perform basic firewall configurations, including security policy development, NAT rules, and rule-based access control, on Palo Alto Firewall.

The LAN, WAN, wireless, and firewall components must be installed, configured, and maintained.

Maintain high availability and security by monitoring network performance.

To ensure network availability around the clock, give escalation support by resolving critical issues.

Provide new employees with training in network tools, protocols, and troubleshooting strategies.

Collaborate with the help desk, field engineers, and clients to address and resolve complex network issues.

I joined United Telecoms Ltd as Block-Level In-Charge for the Kerala State Wide Area Network (KSWAN) project.

After the contract was transferred to RailWire ICT, I continued in the same job with RailTel Corporation of India Limited.

After RailTel took over project execution, I was assigned additional responsibilities for the KFON (Kerala Fibre Optic Network) project.

Supported and managed approximately 2000 government offices via KSWAN and 1000+ users via KFON.

Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers (ASR 920, 7200, and 2800), HP routers, Aruba switches, and Cisco L2/L3 switches.

Configured VLAN, SVI, DHCP, trunk/access port, EtherChannel, OSPF, and BGP.

Installed OS, software, and maintained desktops in local networks
