Product: iCargo - Cargo Revenue and Accounting

• Primary point of contact to DHL, and responsible for the implementation of iCargo-Cargo Revenue and Accounting Module For DHL ACS (Aviation Cargo).
• Lead business team in demo of zthe Product, gathering and analysis of business requirements and successfully completed the Fit and Gap sessions.
• Did Solution design and documentation for identified gaps, in co-ordination with Product board and Product design teams. It is one of the most complex implementation of the Module requiring a number of new functionalities to be developed. To cater to the same, documented more than 25 CR Specification documents and delivered the same to DHL for sign-off, by the planned time line.
• Worked with the Product team to do the effort and cost estimation of the CRs and in substantiating the cost to the Client.
• Created User Stories and supported the scrum team for the development and testing of CR

Client : Product Development

• Lead initiative to design and develop the new screens for the AWB Quality Check, Adjustments and Dashboard screens for the new Neo version of the product. Received Team Champ award for the neat and functional design of new screens.
• Lead design of new product module, which provides a quality score to the AWBs by analyzing performance of similar AWBs using machine learning, and thereby minimizing billing errors. The prototype of Module was showcased by IBS in user forums received interests from a number of Airlines.

Client: dnata

• Worked as aSquad Business Analyst in implementation team, responsible for creation of User stories for implementation of iCargo-Station Cashiering module.
• Liaison between dnata IBS Implementation team and the Agile development team and did grooming of User stories to Agile team and get Agile team's queries resolved by co-ordination with Implementation team.
• Hosts the Sprint review session in the role of a Product Owner and does acceptance of the User stories.

Client: Virgin Australia

• Responsible for successful implementation of iCargo-Cargo Revenue and Accounting product for the airline - Virgin Australia.
• Got appreciation from VA and IBS for single handedly implementing product from Onsite, with almost no major issues post go-live and achieving BAU state in two billing cycles.
• Responsible for the design and documentation of the R&D CRs.

Client: Western Union

• Responsible for implementation of Transaction processing and Pricing module of ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing).

Client: Comcast, Iridium

Integral part of team implementing TBMS (Transaction Billing and Management System) at Comcast and Iridium.
