• gathered client requirements and did mapping into SAP SD with required baseline configurations and customizations

• created various types of pricing conditions like Base price conditions, graduated scales, discount conditions etc.

• configured business life cycle in Sales and Distribution including various sales order types, item category and schedule line categories
• customized special sales documents, contracts, pricing procedures with necessary condition types, access sequences and condition tables
• defined copy control between Sales, delivery, and billing documents
• worked on special business process like consignment sales processing, variant configuration
• provided Go-live support, post implementation support by trouble-shooting problems that were encountered by end users

Project 3: Africa based tyre manufacturing company

• participated in day-to-day operations and troubleshooting, customizing and execution at the enterprise structures and resolving the issues based on priority
• interaction with client on issues related configuration and resolution of SLA's
