• Independently managed client expectations and a team consisting of three (3) members on a buy-side deal on behalf of a strategic buyer in its acquisition of a telecom focused British BPO | Deal size - GBP 120mn.
• Led the project from execution until client readouts, including maintaining client relationships on a buy-side deal on behalf of a strategic buyer in its acquisition of a US based IT company | Deal size – USD$ 145mn.
• Prepared a proposal to provide services to a private equity client regarding its potential acquisition of a domestic logistics company with a topline of USD$ 200m.

Responsible for executing end-to-end financial diligence assignments along with preparation of reports, liaising with the Target and aligning internal expectations.

• Delivered a red-flag report with buy-side quality of earnings view within a strict timeline of 14 days on behalf of BPEAEQT in its acquisition of a US based healthcare RCM company | Deal size – USD$ 180m.
• Conducted a standalone cost analysis for separation of 22 business segments spread across 9 entities, on behalf of KMS, a TVS Motors (publicly traded) backed entity, for its strategic fund raising from Castrol.
• Determined normalized carved-out working capitalof OLX in India (a Prosus owned entity), engaged in reselling of used cars and online classifieds, on behalf of CarTrade (publicly traded) | Deal size – USD$ 65m.

Responsible for analyzing key financial areas such as revenue, direct costs and cash flows in silos, including preparation of their report sections.

• Analyzed customer cohorts, price volume, and margin drivers of Healthians, a tech-enabled at-home diagnostics platform with 100k+ monthly bookings with an AOV of ~$15 on behalf of HealthQuad PE.
• Benchmarked KPIs such as hourly bill rates, utilization rates and bench levels for an IT company, based out of Bulgaria and with a turnover of $50m, with its close peers on behalf of a strategic buyer.

Responsible for analyzing areas of the financial statement, providing concise observations and outcomes as part of the diligence team.

• Analysis of GMV to NMV bridge, wastages, customer acquisition costs and customer stickiness of Otipy, an agri-tech ecommerce startup fulfilling 500k orders per month, on behalf of SIG Venture Capital
• Reading of power purchase agreements and analyzing revenue and accounts receivables of a 310MW solar power project in Madhya Pradesh, with a topline of ~$180m, on behalf of Al-Jomaih Holding Group

Responsible for building financial models, conducting diligence on debt-funding assignments, conducting financial audits and performing intangible valuations.

• Prepared the Toll-Operate-Transfer (ToT) financial model on behalf of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) | Deal size ~$449m
