P2V migration of all Physical servers (Windows & Linux) to VMware.

Migration of all AIX servers workload to Linux running CMS (IBM Cloud Managed Services)

Upgrade of all Oracle Databases from 12 to 18.

CMS data center clean up after walk and takeover to save data center floor cost.

IBM Software inventory verification to reduce licensing cost.

Implementation of AIOps. Worked as Tower Admin to help the initial setup of Ansible tower.

Setting up a test domain on SoftLayer.

Yearly test DR involving SAP, Oracle RAC, VMware SRM, Windows, Linux, Storage, Backup.

Was part of multiple internal and external audits like SOC1 audit by PWC and all were successful.

Helped account reduce operational cost by activities like merging VMware and Windows support teams, Oracle and Exadata teams.

Helped account reduce operational cost by enabling low band resources and helping higher band resources to move to more challenging work.

Worked in the capacity of Tech Lead for one of the premium accounts Deutsche Bank for HCL.

• Worked as a team lead and supported US based customers on behalf of Microsoft for Windows Networking and Active Directory. Resolved issues related to DNS, DHCP, RRAS, Wireless, Hyper-V, Active directory replication, trust etc. Was also the MOC trainer for new hires.
