  • Solving issues of internal stakeholders they are facing related to process or contractual staff by acting as mediator between vendor and internal stakeholder, ensuring smooth running of process.
  • Quarterly meeting with all vendors to address issues raised by stakeholders.
  • Engaging with Global stakeholders for successful execution of sourcing project.
  • Working with Finance team to clear pending payments of Vendors.
  • Proactively selecting category with higher spend by doing spend analysis and creation of spend dashboard to showcase management, BU's and senior on cost savings opportunities.
  • Creation of adhoc reports which will help management to review spend and take decision.
  • Creation of Power BI reports, dashboards and presentation to help management with performance of function.
