Afterwards I was shifted to another where i was handling deceased client account closing and settlement process. In this time period as a process advisor my duties and responsibilities were handling of client accounts using technical tools. Identifying the fraudulent and resolving it. Reconciliation of client statement and internal statement audit using internal records and processing. Issuing of Final closure letter to clients and settling. Closing of client accounts. Handling of various products associated with client and verifying it. Identifying and verification of client data and finding out problem and resolving using various methods and technical tools.
