Work profile: Employed as Regional QC Head for Karnataka and Tamil Nadu states

Taking care of 25Collection centers, three dc and 17 5ks (dark stores),80 BB now stores (10-15 min delivery)

Handling of 110 QC team across region.

Handling both b2c and b2b business with the Volume of 250mt per day.

End to end responsible for F&V Quality in these 2 states.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring quality SOP to follow at all locations seasonal wise and cross checking of market arrivals and farmers/fields for actual availability, cross visiting all locations to find out how qc process and products being followed.

2. Customer complaints to focus more and give best produce to customers and ensuring best customer satisfaction.

3. Ensuring proper inventory and FIFO to maintain at all location to maintain less write off.

4. Ensuring proper Training to be provided for entire regional QC team, Packers, Pickers & CEE to follow QC process and product better handling end to end.

5. Analysis of Quality & Price benchmarking with competitors and market survey on weekly basis.

6. Ensuring proper cleaning and hygiene is maintained at all cc and DC’s.

7. Ensuing proper packing material to follow for F&V at all location for better shelf life seasonal wise.

8. HACCP process to follow and documentation in CUT VEG.

Work profile: employed as national quality head for e Andhra Pradesh state, taking care of cc and CPC quality SOP seasonal wise and cross checking of Mandi arrivals and farmers for actual availability, cross visiting stores to find how stores are handling the products and display guidelines.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for All AP stores F&V arrival quality, ensure them to give best quality and make

Customer feel comfortable to purchase our product quality at all reliance retail stores.

2. To ensure that all SOP’s are being implemented at CPC/CC/Mandi and stores and provide quality training to concern teams as and when required.

3. Analysis of Quality & Price benchmarking with competitors and market survey

4. To ensure proper cleaning and hygiene is maintained at CPC/CC and in case there is lacuna, it is informed to CPC/CC Manager and make it rectified same time.

5. Maintaining/Monitoring/controlling the quality specifications of the Processing seasonal wise.

6. Cross checking cc and cpc stocks after s/g and before dispatching to find out what specs norms

Cc/cpc is following, and provide training for workers and staff on quality norms and seasonal issues

7. Attending weekly meeting at state office along with all store operations team, business head, category and supply chains team for reviewing weekly faced issues and way forwarded.

8. Have to analyze the daily quality issue reported by stores/customers and find out the reason why it happened and train and advice CPC staff how to overcome with that problem to avoid its repetition

Work profile:

Employed as an Executive for quality department. Ensuring the quality of Fruits and vegetables at all the levels and connecting the same to stores. Visiting Fruits and Vegetable Markets for quality of arrivals and new arrivals. Doing benchmarking with Big Bazar hyper with Competitors for comparison of Quality, Pricings and range.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Clearance of F&V to 3 regions i.e., Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad with the Avg daily tonnage of 70 tons.

2. Coordinate with Sourcing and Front end team for Better quality supplies on daily basis

3. Weekly Benchmarking with competitors for quality, price and range comparisons

4. Market visits for quality of fnv arrivals and bulk purchases.

5. Taking care of Ripening of Banana and cold storage stocks at Ware house and coordinate with Sourcing and category team for indenting and procuring.

6. Monthly individual visits of local farms to get the Actual production and harvesting status.

7. Responsible for ware house Dump and focusing on imported fruits and carry forwarded stocks at dc.

8. Checking of all articles arrival quality sampling and send reports to all concerns on daily basis.

9. Preparing Monthly reports of F&V clearance major article wise, quality issues faced, action taken reports and Dump @ ware house and way forwarded to next month.

10. Handled cut vegetables project for 8 months along with fnv quality .introduced almost 20 new range

In cuts, got trained in vista foods in safal market.

Work Profile:-

Employed as an Executive for quality department. Ensuring the quality of Fruits and vegetables at all the levels and connecting the same to stores. Doing store audits to maintain hygiene and customer feel better and expiry free at stores.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Managing a team of 9 people clearance part and audits part, monitoring them and planning their daily shift schedules.

2.Ensuring the quality product from market level like Bowenpally (Vegetable market) and Kothapet (Fruit market).

3.Checking up with all the market to confirm what kind of stock arrived in the market and what kind of stock is purchased by our buyers.

4. Monitoring all the bulk purchases like banana, apples and etc. to ensure the quality at purchase level.

5. Visiting all the fields and forms with respective buyer and merchandiser to ensure quality at field and farm level.

6. Benchmarking with the competitors for prices and quality comparison to know market status and the availability vs seasonality.

7. Visiting stores to ensure quality issues at stores and resolving the same by day end by align with category and store operations.

8. Conducting Quality Audit to all the stores on monthly basis and allotting them marks on store quality efficiency.

9. Participating in daily conference call with regard to quality and discussing the previous day issues with Sr.Managers and other respective concerns.

10. Attending Monthly meeting as regional in charge and presenting PPT in presence of all concern heads , coo and President sir.
