  • Developed and implemented digital strategies for Dr. Fixit & Roff to meet the annual revenue goals hence the digital spends on Roff increased by 25% in FY 24-25 as compared to FY 23-24.
  • Managing multiple agencies & internal stakeholder on day-to-day basis for media campaigns, social media, SEO, website, digital creatives, content & CRM.
  • Increased spends on Performance Marketing for Dr. Fixit by 5X in FY 23-24 and delivered an ROAS of 14 (Increased revenue by 26% as compared to FY 22-23). Optimized digital spends in FY 24-25 by 28% however revenue increased by 11% in FY 24-25.(ROAS improved to 21).
  • Improved organic website traffic on Dr. Fixit by 30% & Roff by 75% in FY 24-25 through multiple SEO & new content efforts. Onboarded Content marketing agency for Dr. Fixit & Roff to create monthly content in multiple format (written articles & video content) to overall improve the organic presence.
