Service Now - CSA

• As a Certified Service Now Admin: Handling daily tasks / enhancements requests /incidents on Snow Instance. Perform day to day implementation of the Service-Now Tool maintain business services and perform Development task in Service-Now tool. Implemented data sources and created transform maps to import data into Service Now via different data sources. Experience of handling Bug Fixes and Enhancement requests. Performed migration activities Dev to QA, QA to Prod. Create Workflow activities and approvals. Implemented new workflows that used variety of activities to understand how records are generated from workflows. Defining notifications and reports. Managed users, groups and roles. Communicate with managers, end users, and process owners frequently to establish requirements and guide development. Experienced in developing Service Request Items and associated workflow.
• As a QA Resource: Had a responsibility of creating ATF scripts for the ITSM modules for both customized and Non-customized instances. Successfully led a team of 5 resources creating daily status reports and representing the team on daily progress calls. Forecasting future challenges and giving solutions for the possible blockers. Running and testing the final ATF scripts of other resources. Moving the final ATF scripts to different instances/environments through updates sets. Taking backup of the final/completed work.
