Abhishek Shukla

I am Abhishek Shukla, and I have been a part of CNH Capital since December 2022. In my role, I oversee the legal collection process and work closely with the collection team. Additionally, I manage coordination and billing with all legal vendors as part of our vendor management efforts.

During my tenure, I was part of a project titled "Make it Simple but Significant," where I focused on streamlining processes to enhance user experience. One notable improvement was the simplification of obtaining necessary notices and documents. Previously, the team had to write emails to vendors, causing delays of 3-4 days. By collaborating with our operations team, we integrated a system where documents could be directly uploaded against the loan contract in Ambit. Now, users can access required documents in real-time by simply opening the contract, significantly reducing turnaround time and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Looking ahead, my goal over the next three months is to extend this enhancement to make all documents available at the contract level, further easing document retrieval for users.
