CIA serves as a Case Installation Application designed for customers enrolled in insurance as a group. The primary focus is on efficiently installing and managing insurance cases for group enrollments. EEG focuses on the registration and enrollment process for new users seeking insurance coverage. As an Enterprise Enrollment Gateway, its primary function is to streamline and manage the onboarding of individuals into the insurance system. EET specializes in the insurance renewal process. As an insurance renewal provider, its core functionality is centered around managing and facilitating the renewal of insurance policies for existing users.

• My responsibility was to support software development by deploying all the changes from non-prod to prod while following the release process to make changes in production.
• Mentoring and guiding the team and being responsible for work intake.
• I worked on Datadog instrumentation for all the applications across all environments to monitor the application performance.
• Manage and optimize existing CI/CD pipelines for all three applications.
• Manage and run scripts for developers on SQL databases to make changes in particular environments.
• Monitoring all the servers and applications with application monitoring tools like Wily and Datadog.
• Remediated all the vulnerabilities present in the servers and applications related to DevOps and OS.

• Create and maintain a fully automated CI/CD pipeline for code deployments.
• Actively manage, improve, and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS, EC2, and S3, including backups and scaling.
• Build and deploy Docker containers to break up monolithic apps into microservices, improving developer workflow, increasing scalability, and optimizing speed.
