Summer Internship Project

Mother Dairy, Achieving significant dominance for Mishti Doi, Lassi, Chach, Butter, Cheese, Paneer, UHT Milk, The project was majorly based on the detail study of the Milk by products in the Mumbai market and to achieve significant dominance for mother dairy products. I was handling two job profiles - Market research and Sales. First market research was done for the Mumbai (central division) for 1 month. Then sales profile was given for the next month to increase the availability of Mother dairy products in the market. During my S.I.P period a sale of 290.04 kg was achieved by me. The products under study were Mishti Doi, Lassi, Chach, Butter, Cheese, Paneer, UHT milk
