Summary
I have been flying commercial airlines for more than 16 years. Started with B 737-200 in beginning of 2005 and shifted to A320 in April 2007. Since them I have been flying A320. I have been a trainer for more than 7 years and more than 4000 instructional hours on Aircraft and Simulator. My instructor training was at Airbus, Toulouse. Currently, I am flying in India as Type Rated Examiner & Instructor on A320 family in India. Also, I am an ELP examiner approved by DGCA with Level 6 proficiency.
I am also holding management position for last 7 years at different levels in one of the largest airlines in the region. Presently as Dy. Chief of Flight Safety, I am taking care of safe operations of more than 250 aircrafts executing 1800 + departures and landings every day. This is along with managing SMS, FDM analysis, holding PIBs, carrying airport feasibility, conducting SRAs, managing SMS including safety promotion activities. I have undergone many safety related training and is IOSA trained auditor for all sections of IOSA programme of IATA.
