A] Texecom/DSC Fire Alarm System :
· Configuration & Commissioning Alarm management as well intruder management as designed for the security of the branch.
· Testing each module / zone of the devices connected to the Texecom panel from Wintex Software.
Connected devices - PIR (Passive Infrared) based motion detector, Smoke/Heat Detector, Temperature indicator, MCP (Manual Call Point) ATM Seismic sensor, ATM Magnetic Sensor, Panic Switch for Emergency, Shutter Magnetic Sensor, Hooter, etc.
· Integration testing of each devices.
· Configuring schedule arming in Texecom Panel by using wintex software.
· Configuring Polling Account for Texecom Panel time synchronization with server
· Given remotely guidance to branch for operate the FAS system
· Arming/Disarming, FAS device testing, Texecom keypad alarm reset.
[B] GVD, Uniview & Dahua NVR :
· Configuring IP Cameras with preferred settings.
· Configuring GVD, Uniview & Dahua NVR settings for recording of the footage for good quality and storage for preferred time.
· Configuring Motion based alert in ATM lobby Camera.
· Exporting recording to external drives from remote systems when branch required.
· Given remotely guidance to branch for operate CCTV system.
[C] Daily Operations :
· Monitoring IBM's IOC & Veracity Platforms for alerts from the branches from the specific zones for specific events.
· Monitoring Camera Motion alerts of ATM Lobby Camera On VMS Manager.
· Review the camera motion alerts and closed with proper comments.
· Remotely Armed the branches after branch closing on daily basis.
· Checking the reasons for the alerts received from the branches.
· Checking for faulty devices remotely on daily basis.
· Generate Daily Maintenance Report and share with Client on daily basis.
· Generate Ticket Status report and share with service providers for maintenance.
· Giving Technical support to site engineers while the time of installation, integration and maintenance.
· Checking mails relates to organization & giving appropriate reply to respective team.
· Coordinates with Branch Head/Branch Operations head on over a call for any issue in the branch.
· Coordinating with service providers and Branch to resolve the device maintenance/replacement issues at earliest.
Coordinating with service provider & Branch for branch escalated issues to rectify at earliest and same update to client.
· Preparing Monthly dashboard report of Command Centre and share with client within timeline.
· Using Veracity Platform to monitor alerts.
· Giving guidance to service providers for maintain the closure of complaints within TAT. (Max. 7 days)
· Working on client escalations and trying to resolve at earliest.
· Giving required data to the client with proper updates (Ex: Projects status, Branches complaint status, ageing of complaints)
· Giving proper training to my colleagues to handle on call Branches complaints and resolve the issue.
· Taking directly followups with service providers for projects to complete the installation withing timeline and also for complaints to resolve the issues within timeline.

Maintenance & Controlling of Integrated Building Management System:
Access Control System:
· Access Control System (C-CURE 9000 Software-Tyco Fire & Security India Pvt. Ltd.).
· Configuring Anti Pass Back System for the Access Control Doors.
· Generating Daily, Weekly & Monthly Access card transaction reports.
· Daily updating check sheet of Access Control System.
· Attending the problem related to Access control system (Access cards, Electro-Magnetic Lock, Proximity reader with PIN pad & Without PIN pad, Break glass unit, Door azar alarm unit).
· Access Door converts common to restricted.
· Installation of Access control system devices. (Electro-Magnetic Lock, Proximity reader with PIN pad & Without PIN pad, Break glass unit, Door azar alarm unit etc.)
Fire Alarm System:
· Controlling and Monitoring the IFC-640 Fire Alarm Panel. Which contains detectors (Heat, Smoke-Photo/Ionization) & Control/Relay/Monitor Modules. And also, FM 200 & ARGONITE Gas Suppression System.
· Controlling and Monitoring WLD (water leakage detection) system.
· Generate Dust Level reports of Detector’s from Fire Panel.
· Trouble shooting in Fire alarm system.
· Daily updating check sheet of Fire Alarm System.
· Maintenance of Fire Alarm System, Smoke Detectors, and Gas Suppression system.
· Handling ARGONITE Gas Suppression FM200 System which includes the monitoring and cylinder gas pressure & daily check the Physical condition of system.
· Handling Panic Bar systems which includes the maintenance of the system.
· Maintenance of the system devices & the panels taken monthly Fire Drill for checking the performance of system.
· Installation of Detector’s, MCP & Modules.
· Addressing of Detector’s, MCP & Modules in Fire Alarm panel.
Closed Circuit Television:
· Operating and Monitoring the PELCO-DX 8000, DX8100 & DS-SRV Series Digital Video Recorder (DVR), Johnson Control DVR, and Panasonic WJ-HD716 series Digital Video Recorder(DVR).
· Handling CCTV System which includes the operation & maintenance of the system,
· Maintaining the CCTV logs & forwarding it to the facility lead for the further action.
· Daily updating check sheets of CCTV.
· Troubleshooting of CCTV system.
· Installation of DVR’s & Cameras.
HVAC System:
· Handling the Building Automation through which various parameters can be controlled & monitored which includes various parameters of HVAC.
· System that includes, AHU’s (Air Handling Units), VAV’s (Variable Air Volume), & operating the same to maintain preferable temperature in the respective facility.
· Keeping track of servicing & maintenance of all Systems.
· Sort out the problems in BMS system & resolving the problems by coordinating with the vendors within short down time.
· Update all the above records to the Shift Engineers.
· AHU & VAV controlling from METASYS application.
