• Conducting briefings and mock interviews for clients prior to embassy screening.
• Handling end-to-end operations of a client account.
• Preparing and reviewing protocols, documents, templates, etc., as appropriate.
• Being the escalation point of contact for the clients, and addressing their concerns.
• Identify process improvement, prepare, and contribute to reporting.
• Analyze the requirements to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Initiate and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at peer and senior levels. Act as a central point of liaison and coordination for clients and GDS leadership.
• Identify areas where there is a variance and process gaps, and advise where technology or better process management can lead to increased efficiency and productivity.
