As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Mobavenue Media, I lead the recruitment process and strategy for one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in India. I have over 4 years of HR experience in various start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, where I have developed and implemented effective talent pipeline management, diversity and equality, and human resources systems.
