- Export statements from NatWest Bankline (UK) for 64 portfolios
- Posting all the money came from the tenants of each portfolio to the software PropCo
- PropCo Enterprise is a unique residential Lettings Agents, Property management, and client accounting software
- After collecting all the rents or fee for various things such as water charges, parking charges, council tax etc
- Need to prepare LL statements via PropCo which will be processed to Landlords of particular properties through emails
- After preparing statements, need to process the rents to LL and management fee to agents
- This term in PropCo is named as BACS and Pay Agents
- Maintaining Excel sheets for 64 portfolios on daily basis in which we need to add all the deducted fee for particular properties and same needs to be sent to the clients every month
