Vendor Master Data

• Involved vendor account creation, changes and extensions, vendor reactivation, and adding new banking details in SAP (International vendors)
• Handling queries for vendors and clients through emails and calls
• Performing 100% QC for all the third-party or freelancer vendor/employee vendors
• Execute day-to-day master data management activities
• Making the vendor onboarding process
• Monitoring & confirmation of SLA report
• Provide data and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement
• Assist with inbound and outbound controls, and queries of Vendor Master Data
• Raising Zen-desk ticket for independent verification for bank details and email address changes
• Validating vendors before set up the vendor like VAT id, Tax id, Swift code, IBAN and Bridger
• Identifying the duplicate records for the vendor master data
• Validating W-8 form and W-9 form for the US and non-US regions
• Perform vendor profile maintenance activities
• Maintaining quarterly activity: duplicate vendor review, inactive vendor, Bridger check.

Travel And Expenses (T&E)

• Processing travel and expense claims (T&E) on a daily basis within SLA with quality in SAP Concur
• Checking the quality of processed claims, uploading them in SQF on a daily basis, and highlighting the errors to team members before payment
• Maintain the rejection claims and work in progress claims tracker
• Training new team members & solve query to team members
• Performing weekly dashboards and Monthly reports
• Handling employee queries through the generic mailbox

• Keep Tracking of all payments and expenditures include invoices, payroll activities
• Working employees Travel and Expenses claims
• Paying employees by verifying expense report and preparing for payments
• Making Automatic payment run to the vendors
• Making vendor down payments

• Work involved processing Invoices for all regions on a daily basis with PO and NON-PO Invoices
• Perform 2 way and 3 way match process
• Processing the Credit memo & Debit memo as per the timelines
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices
• Validate the Potential duplicate checks before processing the any invoice
• Require minimal Supervision to manage daily activities and can be able to meet deadlines
• Maintain Quality and Quantity in daily Production
• Month end closing Activities
• Respond to vendor emails, action on urgent invoices
• Collecting all invoices and obtaining approval for payment
• Process all invoices within assigned time (SLA)
• Solving vendor queries, escalating urgent requests by team
• Checking invoice with accuracy of figures and calculations
• Manage AP enquirers through email and Calls
• Provide the process training to new members to the team
