• Assist Google advertisers to improve returns on AdWords and Shopping via technical implementation and consultation that includes setting up campaigns and tracking tools and best practice sharing.

• Help the customer in troubleshooting any issues related to their devices (iOS and macOS devices)
• Troubleshoot iCloud storage-related issues
• Coordinate with Authorized service centre through calls and emails to get customer’s issues to resolve
• Handling escalation calls
• Escalated technical issues immediately following departmental guidelines and followed-up regularly with customers and internal resources to expedite issue resolution
