- Established and led the campus recruitment function for Amadeus in India, designed and implemented the complete structure for campus hiring including strategic partnerships, engagement activities and end to end recruitment process
- Was successful in positioning Amadeus as an employer of choice amongst all top universities resulting in a sustainable talent pipeline and increased quality of hires
- Spearheaded campus recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition for Amadeus India
- Successfully increased the diversity hires on an average of 8 to 10% year on year from 2021 onwards
- Managing virtual and physical hiring events and internship program and leading campus operational activities for Amadeus
- Project managing multiple campus branding and engagement activities such as Anokhee by Amadeus
- Managing service providers and partners supporting procurement, Assessment partners, Hotel partners, Training service provider etc
