- Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders, including the fund houses, investment managers, brokers, and custodians, to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed. Coordinate with custodians and depositories to ensure the accurate recording and movement of securities.
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades, including equities, fixed income, and other securities. Monitor settlement cycles, and resolve any discrepancies or failures in the settlement process.
- Prepare and review reports on settlement activities and discrepancies.
- Lead initiatives to upgrade systems or implement new processes within the settlement and custody area.
