Access Re-certification Process
Performing Annual and Mid-year access re-certifications to ensure that
employees should not have any toxic combination of access.
Worked on replacing manual processes with automated reporting, created a macro by coordinating with other teams which generates the access review templates from the raw data that reduces manual tasks.
Coordinated with stakeholders and executives, handled
Internal/External audits from Deloitte for Annual and Mid-year access
reviews .
Have tested new catalogs available for the team when SNOW was implemented. Involved in finding defects and provided information to the developing team to clear the defects.
IAM Governance, Risk & Compliance
Worked on IAM life cycle Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes, Third Party
Access requests and handled change requests.
Performing compliance checks on JML and review tickets to make sure there
should not be any risk identified.
Projects
Identified unused AD groups and assisted in the clean-up activity.
Finding stale accounts (Disabled/Account expired/In active AD user
accounts) through power shell scripts etc.
Created the controls and process documents which includes the attribute updates in AD.
Identified all the interactive logon enabled service accounts through PowerShell in AD and coordinated with security engineering teams to push all those accounts to Beyond Trust (PAM) for monitoring to make sure there should not be any misuse of those accounts for tracking.
Varonis DataVantage Windows
Worked on generating Folder/User/Group etc and file server’s logs if there is
any malicious activity been identified. (Any folder deleted or modified,
permissions, or owner changed etc) which can be tracked through Varonis.
