Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working as a HRC in the hiring help domain of Google for their HR related queries
• Processing 40+ tickets on the GUTS and POpsConnect Tool
• Proactively analyzed the modification and customization (Updates) required in the Google databases (SOP)
• Handling High and Urgent cases without missing SLAs (TTFT, TTR, BIS and DSATs)
• By giving New Batches sufficient knowledge of the tickets and the procedure, I was able to assist them in improving their ticket-resolution skills
• Actively taking part in the discussion and meetings with the Googler's to enhance better quality and improve the process of processing and handling Googler's queries on the POpsConnect
• Considered as the backup for the PL's absence.
• Helping associates in developing their ticket resolving skills by providing them enough information on the tickets and the process.
• Working on TTFT, TTR, BIS and DSAT's of the team.

• Analyzing various deployment plans in different exchanges in British telecom and implementing the survey and spine plans with different networking outflows.
• Performing XML validations and importing and generated connection XML through transmedia XML’s.
• Raising the estimates, confirming costs to each and every networking plans.
• Handling minor ILC requests from client side if requested.
• Documenting the networking plan with different FNC and survey checklist.
